Summer for a beau

Beauf Summer: The Season of Beaches, Beers and Barbecues

Ah, summer... that time long awaited by our friends the rednecks, where the sun shines, the waves dance, and the beers flow freely. This is the moment when floral shirts flourish on the muscular shoulders (or not) of rednecks of all kinds, when flip-flops become the height of elegance and when sunscreen turns into room fragrance.

For the beau, summer rhymes above all with the beach. What could be better than sitting on your deckchair, stomach well out, to watch the bikinis pass by while the steak on the barbecue sizzles (in fact, if you want an international class swimsuit, it's here ) ? This is where our dear rednecks excel in the subtle art of “bronzing”, this activity consisting of sunning yourself until you look like a well-cooked crayfish, all while sipping a cold beer, of course.

But the redneck's summer isn't just about lounging on the hot sand. No, it's also the time of endless evenings, where the music resonates louder than the waves and where beer becomes the best friend of the evening. The rednecks then gather around the barbecue, the ultimate symbol of summer conviviality, to grill sausages, merguez and other sacred pieces of meat (need clothing on the theme of the aperitif? click here!)

And who says evening, also says favorite board game of the beau: pétanque. Armed with his balls, the redneck throws, aims and comments on each shot with a passion worthy of the greatest champions. And even if the level of competition sometimes leaves something to be desired, the important thing is to participate, especially when a cooler full of cold beers awaits you at the end of the game. So, whether you are an experienced beau or just a fan of a good summer atmosphere, summer is there for everyone. Take out your flip-flops, pull your cap down to your ears, and get ready to experience unforgettable moments with friends, against a backdrop of warm sand and cold beers. Because after all, as the redneck would say, “summer is sacred!”
